Prepayment & Secure Payment

  • Confirmation: All reservations require prepayment in order to be confirmed. The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
  • Secure Processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe using the card provided during the reservation.
  • Refund Destination: If a refund applies according to the cancellation policy, it will be issued to the same card used for the payment. Note: Processing times may vary depending on your issuing bank.

Booking rates & Policies

Flexible Policy

Free Cancellation: Guest may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. The total amount will be refunded.

Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

No-Show: In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Non-Refundable

No Refunds: Reservations made under this rate are non-refundable.

Fixed Terms: The full amount is charged at the time of booking and will not be refunded in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

Review: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will verify that it complies with your applicable policy terms.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation notifying you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Credit: If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to the original payment method.

Timeframe: Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your money yet, please follow these steps before contacting support:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before it officially posts).
  • Contact your bank, as they often have internal processing times.

Reservations via Platforms (Airbnb / Booking)

Did you book through Airbnb or Booking.com?

If your reservation was made through a third-party platform, the cancellation policies selected on that specific site will apply. Please log into your account on Airbnb/Booking to manage your cancellation or modification.
