BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

How can I book and what payment methods do you accept?

Securing your stay is quick and easy! We invite you to book directly through our website, where we accept all major credit or debit cards via our 100% secure payment system, PayPal and bank transfers.

Prefer using your favorite travel platform? You can also find and book our property directly on Airbnb and Booking.com, with all payments safely processed by them.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change! Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on where you booked your stay:

  • Bookings via Online Agencies (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.): Please review the specific cancellation terms directly on the platform you used to book, as these conditions are managed by them and can vary.
  • Direct Bookings (Our Website): If you booked directly with us, your reservation is subject to the specific rate selected during checkout:
1. Flexible Rate
  • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 14 days before your check-in date to receive a 100% refund.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be retained.
  • Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be issued automatically to the original card used for the reservation.
2. Non-Refundable Rate
  • This rate offers our best available price. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and it does not allow for refunds, modifications, or cancellations.
Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, depending on the travel platform your reservation was made, a temporary hold is placed on your credit card before or upon arrival to cover any incidentals. Rest assured, this hold is automatically released after check-out once the property has been reviewed.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is welcome from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. We want to ensure everything is perfect for your arrival, so please let us know your estimated arrival time!

Can I arrive late at night? Do you have a 24-hour reception??

Absolutely! We use a convenient smart lock system for self-check-in. You will receive your personalized access codes and easy, step-by-step instructions one day before your arrival. This allows you to arrive at your own pace and check in whenever you prefer after 2:00 PM.

Is it possible to request an early check-in or late check-out?

This is subject to availability. If we don’t have other guests arriving or departing on the same day, we are more than happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out. Please contact us 24 hours in advance to check availability.

  • Travelling early or leaving late? Even if your room isn’t ready or it’s already time to check out, you are welcome to store your luggage with us so you can enjoy your day hands-free! You can leave your bags in the dedicated space next to the wardrobe near the small kitchen.

SERVICE & STAY

Are linens, towels, and toiletries provided?

Yes, we take care of the details so you can travel light! Upon arrival, you will find comfortable linens, fresh towels for all guests, shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

Need a hairdryer? For your convenience, a hairdryer is available in the common area. You can find it inside the white cabinet at the end of the hallway, just past the double wooden doors. Please note: This amenity is exclusively available at Casa Aimee.

Do you have a reliable internet connection for remote work?

Definitely! We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi (Fiber Optic) throughout the entire property—perfect for digital nomads, video calls, and streaming.

Are pets allowed?

While we love animals, we maintain a strictly pet-free environment to guarantee an allergen-free experience for all our guests.

Do you have laundry facilities on-site?

Yes! We provide laundry access in our common areas so you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay. We kindly ask you to bring your own detergent and be mindful of usage times so everyone can have a turn.

Please check the facilities available at your specific location:

  • Casa Aimee: Features both a washer and dryer, located on the terrace.
  • Medellín: Features a washer only. It is located on the terrace (up the stairs) and is not inside the apartment.
  • Zapata: Features a washer only, located directly inside the apartment.
Do you have Terrace?

Absolutely! If you are staying at Casa Aimee, our terrace is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or watch the sunset.

  • Opening Hours: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Peaceful Atmosphere: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please keep noise levels down, especially in the evening. Please note that parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
  • Grill Usage: If you would like to use the grill, please contact us in advance to check availability and guidelines.
Do you offer bicycle rentals?

Yes, we do! Exploring the area by bike is highly recommended. We have bicycles available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us during your stay for current rates, availability, and to get your helmet and lock.

Can I invite friends or family over during my stay?

To ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of all our registered guests, outside visitors are not permitted in the rooms or common areas. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Is smoking allowed on the property?

Our indoor spaces and rooms are 100% smoke-free. However, smoking is permitted exclusively in designated outdoor areas, such as the top upper terrace. Please make sure to use the ashtrays provided.

Is daily housekeeping included?

To minimize our environmental impact and save vital resources like water and energy, daily housekeeping is not automatically included during your stay. This also ensures your absolute privacy.

However, we are always happy to help! If you are staying with us for a longer period and need fresh linens, towels, or a room cleaning, just let us know and we will gladly arrange it for you.
