To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we ask that you please observe the following policies:
Check in/check out & Luggage
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
- Luggage Storage: We are happy to assist with luggage storage on your day of arrival or departure, subject to availability and the specific logistics of the property.
- Requirement: Please contact management in advance to coordinate your needs. We cannot guarantee storage without prior arrangement.
- Note: Requests for early check-in or late check-out must also be made in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Occupancy, Visitors & Pets
- Number of Guests: Only the number of guests specified in the reservation are permitted. Exceeding maximum occupancy without authorization is prohibited.
- Visitors: For security reasons, outside visitors must be approved in advance by management.
- Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Property & Conduct
- Quiet Hours: Observed between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please refrain from loud noise or gatherings that disturb others.
- Smoking Policy: 100% non-smoking inside rooms and indoor areas. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area above the terrace. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furniture, or equipment. Costs for repair or replacement may be charged to the registered payment method.
Amenities & Safety
- Bicycle Use: Available for registered guests only and subject to a signed rental agreement. Use is at your own risk; guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft.
- Trash Disposal: Please place waste in the provided bins.
- Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, please contact management at 5510699007.
Personal Responsibility
- Belongings: The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your items secure.
- Compliance: Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your stay without refund if the behavior impacts the safety, comfort, or well-being of others. The property reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to leave for violations of these policies.
